Wild Cherry Thing

Cherry trees have long been seen as a metaphor for the transience of life and the acceptance of mortality; its blossom is beautiful but brief.

The wood is warm, smooth and very subtly coloured with pinks, green and oranges present. It is a hard wood, with long straight grain and trees can grow up to 100 feet tall. Cherry wood has excellent acoustic properties.
